Jie Xiu is a counsel at Edward Wildman Palmer LLP. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities. On the merger and acquisition front, Jie regularly represents clients in their acquisition and sale of equity interests and assets, joint ventures and a broad spectrum of corporate and business matters. On the securities front, Jie has represented numerous domestic and foreign issuers in various public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, listing on various capital markets, and the Securities Exchange Act compliance. Jie has extensive experience with American, Canadian, European and Chinese companies with their M&A and corporate finance projects, and advises her clients regularly on U.S. securities laws compliance.
